How do I ensure my files will print correctly? Please download the appropriate template in our Templates section. This will ensure your project folds and trims correctly. How do I prevent my images from being fuzzy or pixelated? Your images are made up of little dots. The more dot's you have in a given area, the sharper the image. DPI stands for Dots Per Inch. Blacksauce prints at 350 Dots Per Inch. When you create your art file, make sure it, and all imported images START at 350 DPI. Graphics taken from the web are generally 72 DPI and will print fuzzy and pixelated. Do you print products other than those listed on your products page? Feel free to use our Custom Quote form to get a quote on any products that are not listed. How long will it take to print and/or design my product? Our products have different turnaround times. Please refer to our Turnaround Time section to determine the ETA of your product(s). Can I pay for my order with a check? We can accept a check for any product or service. To pay by check, please place your order by phone. Go to our Contacts page for more details. Are there any extra charges you would like to tell me about? At Blacksauce, the price you see, is the price you pay. The only additional charges are for shipping and tax (if applicable). Can I pick up my order from you facility? At this time, we do not have a will call option. All of our products are shipped directly from the warehouse to you. |
