Please use the information below to ensure your printing project is set-up for professional commercial printing companies. It's is imperative to use these guidelines for our brochure printing services, postcard printing services and flyer printing services, as well any other project you print with your Orange County, CA printing specialist, Blacksauce.

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS:
TIF (TIFF), JPEG (JPG), EPS, PSD, PDF, AI

ACCEPTABLE COLOR PROFILE:
All files must be submitted in the CMYK color profile

CROP MARKS:
Please DO NOT submit crop-marks for any files.  Instead, use our provided PRINTNG TEMPLATES to ensure your project prints, trims and folds correctly.

FONTS:
When submitting artwork in a vector file format (AI, EPS,(PDF)), please outline ALL fonts. We DO NOT accept packaged fonts. When submitting artwork in a bitmap file format (JPEG, TIF, PSD, (PDF)), please rasterize all fonts AND flatten artwork.

TEMPLATES:

We have templates available for download for MOST of our printed products. Use these PRINTNG TEMPLATES to ensure your project is commercial print ready. The templates will also show where the document will be trimmed and folded if applicable.

DPI:

Please submit all artwork with a resolution of 350 DPI (Dots Per Inch). Remember, images dragged from the web have a resolution of 72 DPI. These images ARE NOT commercial press quality.

BLEED SIZE:
Please submit ALL artwork with a .125" bleed if apllicable. For Example: 6" x 9" postcard artwork should be submitted at 6.25" x 9.25"

MARGINS:
Please submit ALL artwork with a .125" margin. For Example: the live area for a 5" x 7" postcard will be 4.75" x 6.75."
