Light Housekeeping On Our Operations & Frequent Inquiries Regarding Our Brand:

*****What is your processing and shipping policy? *****

Due to our unique infusion and blessing process, our fulfillment process is up to 15 business days. It should also be noted that we utilize various moon cycles in the process of our curation.

 

This allows us to custom make and hand curate all skincare products from scratch. From scratch y'all. We never use pre-packaged items and promise to always provide the freshest products curated from only the freshest ingredients. As such, Each order is  handcrafted especially for you. It should be taken into consideration that we take raw vegan oils and double infuse them. We also have products that are blessed on our altars with offerings before shipment to extra elevated vibrations and love. Lastly, our various smudge sticks, yoni care products, and other  accessories  are sourced  from various ethnic geographies around  the world. All elements require the  respect of time and extra patience but we assure you that the wait is worth  it. This is also the reason why we include treats in every order...to sweeten the anticipation. 

What is Your Return/Refund Policy?

Due to the nature  of our products and our dedication to provide fresh  products to  our #SAUCEFAMILY,  we do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

I put the wrong shipping address when placing my order. What can I do?

Please email us immediately at info@blacksaucebrand.com with your order number and the proper mailing address. While we cannot promise that we will be able to catch your correspondence in time due to our processing work window and email turnaround but we will adjust the proper mailing address if caught in time. 

My package was mailed  back! What do I do?

Packages returned to  us  will  be re-posted to customer at their expense unless the fault is on us. In these cases, we will resend packages at no extra cost. 

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Because we cannot exercise governorship over postal services and  their handling of packages once they leave our custody, we Do Notaccept responsibility for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. Orders shipped Priority Mail can file a claim with USPS for amounts up to $50 at no extra charge by utilizing your tracking number for your claim. Customers can elect to add insurance to their packages by emailing us before ordering so that we can set up a custom check out for you.

What happens to packages that are "refused" and sent back to Black Sauce?

Packages that are refused and sent back to us will be refunded less shipping fee and with a 30% restocking fee deduction.

I have a customer service question. How can I get in touch?

Please send us an email with your name and order number if applicable to: info@blacksauce.com. Please kindly allow us 24-48 business hours to respond.

Do you have a storefront where I can come in and shop?

We are currently taking orders via online shopping only at this time. Please subscribe to our mailing list  and follow us on Instagram for  up to date information on Pop Up and Vendor engagements.
